How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation call once your order is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit cards and Cash on Delivery, Credit Cards aren’t being accepted at the moment.
In how many days will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped in 6-7 working days, however it may vary in international shipping or due to unforeseen reasons, please contact the team for further details.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please contact our team on instagram for more details. Please do not accept the parcel if it's already opened.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/call with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
When can I cancel my order once I have placed it?
You can cancel immediately or before the order goes through the stitching process but You can not cancel the order if it is made on customization as per your desired size or requirements, also if it's out for shipping it can’t be canceled.
Does product cost include delivery charges?
No, Product cost does not include delivery charges, delivery charges goes to the courier services. Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Return & Exchange can only be accepted if the product is faulty or quality is below the par. There won’t be any return accepted for the reason of color or change of mind.
How do I exchange an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
