Returns and Exchange Policy

At Aitan Safa Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at +923058564800 or visit our Returns page to initiate a return.You must share a picture of receiving receipt.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely package the items you wish to return. Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your exchanged item.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your exchanged items, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the new item has been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@aitansafa.com or call +923058564800 . Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or a full refund.
Additional Information
- Gifts: If you received an item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- International Returns and Exchanges: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes imposed during the return process.
Disclaimer
- COD option is Only available for order below PKR 35,000 within Pakistan. All other COD orders will be cancelled if not paid in advance.
- All orders are subject to customs and duty payable by the recipient of the order depending on the rules and regulations.

- Don't use any type of bleach or stain removing chemicals
- Dry clean recommended
