At Aitan Safa Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at  +923058564800 or visit our Returns page to initiate a return.You must share a picture of receiving receipt.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the items you wish to return. Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and reason for return.
  3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
